There are two available types of folders:

• The Digital Medical Folder: A secure space, which you personally handle, where you may store, update and access your medical documentation at any time.
• The Premium Digital Medical Folder: designed for people who are suffering from serious or complex conditions. In this plan, your personal physician will sort your documents and prepare a clinical summary of your medical history, which you may share with your attending physicians where necessary. In addition, your personal doctor will closely follow-up your progress and advise you on whatever you may need.

Upload your medical information

After logging into your account and accessing your Digital Medical Folder, you only have to upload and update your medical information.

• Your data are in a secure space in which the highest level security measures (dedicated server with EV SSL encryption, restricted access by username and password, automatic backups, ..) are implemented.
• There is no size limit. You can, for example, upload imaging studies (MRI, CT-Scans ,...) regardless of their size.

  For the Premium plan, if it is more convenient for you, you may send all your medical records to us and our Medical Department will organize your reports and diagnostic tests in digital format in your folder.

Access your medical information

You can access your Personal Space anytime from any PC, Smartphone or mobile device with access to the Internet. You only need to enter your username and password.

Our technological platform is specially designed to allow an easy and intuitive navigation of our website, regardless of the device you use.

In addition, we have implemented the W3C AA accesibility measures.

Your personal doctor will assist you

If you suffer from a complex or serious condition, you may opt for the Premium version.

Once you have sent your medical documentation to us (through your Personal Space, by certified mail or courier) your personal doctor will name your reports and diagnostic tests and will classify them.

In addition, he will prepare a clinical summary of your medical history which will be particularly useful if you are to be treated by a doctor who does not know you, as he will be able to know which are your medical problems and their status at a glance. It will, therefore, contribute to more effective care.

With no language barriers

We know how difficult it can be to summarize your medical information, without missing any relevant data or forgetting the treatment you are undergoing (drugs and instructions) in a stressful situation.

Furthermore, if you are abroad, communication can be more complex.

Therefore, if you travel abroad, you can ask us to translate your Clinical Summary into English. It will give you and the physician who will be attending you great peace of mind.
