We assist individuals in managing social, family, or economic circumstances that may affect their well-being and limit their access to essential resources.
We provide support to people experiencing social vulnerability (dependency, violence, harassment, discrimination..) to help promote their safety, stability, and overall well-being.
What does it consist of?
- Active listening and emotional support during personal, family, or social difficulties,
- Information and guidance on public resources, available financial aid, and social services,
- Support in decision-making during complex situations,
- Coordinated intervention with other professionals on the team (doctors, psychologist, nutritionist…), if necessary.
