When to request the service

You may request the service if you already have a diagnosis and need references on specialists with proven experience in the treatment of your disease.

How to request the service

You may request the service from your private area. If you are not still registered, you may do it from here.

Healthmotiv will send you a document including the names of the recommended specialists in the area of your preference (where possible), a brief summary on their experience and their contact information, within 3 working days following the receipt of your request.

In certain occasions, our medical team might need to contact you, if the information provided is not enough to identify the specialist.

So that you only need to worry about your health, Healthmotiv offers you a team of professionals that will assist you in:

Coordinating medical appointments
Making travel and hotel reservations, if you need to travel outside you state
Facilitating an access to an interpreter, in case you have communication problems with the doctor that treats you
Reviewing, auditing and managing the payment of your bills.
Furthermore, should you need to be admitted to the hospital, you may as well request a close follow-up by Heathmotiv´s medical team.
